How to Pre-Order a Magazine for Collection
Any magazine listed on our website can be pre-ordered using the pre-order listing. Pre-ordering guarantees your copy is reserved for when the next issue is released.
How it works: You place your order and payment is taken at checkout. We order your copy from the distributor. Once it arrives, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s ready to to be delivered or can be picked up at one of our pop ups.
Please note: some titles don’t have fixed release dates. For these, your collection notification will be sent as soon as the magazine is physically with us — whenever that may be.
If for any reason we are unable to supply a copy, you will be refunded in full and notified by email.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. All pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before collection. Once a magazine has been collected in store, the cancellation period ends.
Can I return my magazine to the store?
If your magazine is faulty — missing pages, damaged or otherwise not as it should be — we will replace it. Please bring it back to the collection point with your receipt.
Due to the nature of magazines, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Where are you based?
Brighton. We’re opening pop up shops around Brighton — details on every location and opening hours can be found on our events page and social media. We will have a permanent physical store opening in the near future.
Can I suggest a magazine for you to stock?
Please do. We’re already keeping a list and your suggestions will genuinely shape what ends up on our shelves.
Can I order a magazine for home delivery?
Until our physical store is open, we can deliver any available magazine on our site within a 6 miles radius of Hove.
In the meantime, our partner Your Celebrity Magazines ships worldwide and can order in titles, so they’re well worth a look.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available to buy through the website or in store. If the denomination you need isn’t listed, get in touch and we can arrange it. Gift cards are valid for 5 years.
Do you sell back issues?
Where we can get hold of them, yes. Keep an eye out for back issues and hard-to-find titles.
