Shipping & Collection Policy

Cover Story Brighton does not currently offer postal or courier shipping.

Orders placed through our website are currently available for collection from our Brighton pop-ups or local hand delivery where available.

When you place a pre-order, payment will be taken at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

We will email you when your magazine is available for collection or local delivery.

Some magazines do not have fixed release dates. In these cases, we will contact you as soon as the magazine arrives with us.

If we are unable to supply your pre-ordered magazine for any reason, you will receive a full refund and be notified by email.

Orders can be collected from our Brighton pop-up locations.

We will provide the collection location and any relevant instructions when your order is ready.

Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before visiting to collect it.

You may be asked to provide your order confirmation or other reasonable proof of purchase when collecting your order.

We may offer local hand delivery within a 6-mile radius of Hove for available magazines.

If local delivery is available for your order, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
